• We totally understand that casualities happen, so wee kindly please ask to inform us  as soon as possible if you won't be able to come to pick up your order. ( Depending on your location and availability, we still can delivery to you).

• Also, if you are running late, please let us know as well.

• We are commited to delivery our products fresh and warm. To do so, we DO NOT prepare them in advance. Said that, in case you arrive at the meeting location and we are not there, please, we kindly ask you a little bit of patiente since we might be finishing up yours and others costumers' orders. We will text you in case of any delay from our side.
